Air‑Fried Cauliflower “Wings”

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 60ml milk or plant milk

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, spices and milk to form a batter.
  2. Coat cauliflower florets evenly.
  3. Air fry at 200°C for 16–18 mins, shaking halfway.
  4. Toss in hot sauce if desired.
