Banana & Oat Pancakes with Greek Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 5 tbsp Greek yoghurt (0–2%) 
  • 5 tbsp rolled oats 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • Pinch cinnamon 
  • Pinch salt 

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the Blast & Go Portable Blender. 
  2. Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth. 
  3. Heat a lightly greased pan over low–medium heat. 
  4. Pour small pancakes and cook until bubbles form, flip and cook until golden.
