Watermelon Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 500g watermelon flesh, cubed and seeds removed
  • 100g icing sugar
  • Juice of 1 lime

Preparation

  1. Pre-freeze the bowl of the Cuisinart Iced Dessert maker for around 12 hours.
  2. Assemble the paddle holder of the Cuisinart Iced Dessert Maker with the fresh fruit paddle. Place the freezer bowl into the machine and turn the unit on.
  3. With the unit running add all the ingredients. Allow to churn until thickened, about 15 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately, or for a firmer consistency transfer to an airtight container and freeze for about 2 hou
